This 42-Unit Affordable Housing Project is being developed in coordination with the Fairmont Miramar Hotel and Residences expansion project across 2nd Street. The project massing strategy incorporates a generous courtyard to take advantage of the abundant daylight and passive ventilation of the site’s location near to the pacific ocean.
Our significant experience with similar affordable housing projects, the Santa Monica entitlement process, and the Coastal Commission, has allowed this project to continue to progress towards approvals.
