Working as the primary design firm for a Design/Build bidding process, our programming guidelines and illustrative concepts played a pivotal role in imagining a new heart for the senior community in surrounding Inglewood. The Center provides seniors with lunches, exercise facilities, counseling, and social gathering spaces. It had been planned for over a decade, and has since become a vital part of the revitalization of downtown Inglewood.
