Rosa Gardens was designed as a mix of contemporary and mid-century modernism, containing 59-units of affordable housing across approximately 65,000 SF. The building is comprised of one- and two- story walk-ups with both outdoor and indoor recreation areas. The layout provides ease of circulation around the outdoor public recreational spaces which include a tree garden, rock garden, tot lot, basketball court, and swimming pool area.
