We were engaged to reposition an aging 5-unit retail center to take advantage of its proximity to the Silver Lake Whole Foods 365.  Our expertise was able to identify the most appropriate occupancies and uses for the site, coordinating grandfathered zoning conditions and limiting potential impacts on future tenant improvements.  Proposed facade improvements highlighted a few historic details, presented opportunities for super graphics, and offered a contemporary aesthetic to engage new tenant marketing opportunities.  Spaces for outdoor use and landscaping were carefully crafted to enhance property rent values.
